Every CRUXWELD machine is built under a certified quality management system and tested before despatch. These are the certifications and registrations behind that promise — and the documents we can hand to your purchase, quality or tender team on request.
Quality Management System
The internationally recognised quality standard. At CRUXWELD it governs how we design, assemble, inspect and test every machine, and how we handle complaints and improvements — practised by every employee on the same criteria.
Environmental Management System
The world-class standard for environmental management. We go beyond legal requirements wherever possible — in our plant, our processes and our sites — with energy-efficient designs, minimal sheet-metal waste and reusable packaging.
European conformity on designated models
CE marking confirms that the designated CRUXWELD models meet the applicable European safety, health and electromagnetic-compatibility requirements — the benchmark many export customers and multinational buyers ask for.
National Small Industries Corporation
NSIC registration under the Single Point Registration Scheme establishes CRUXWELD as a verified supplier to government departments and public sector undertakings, with the benefits the scheme extends to registered units in tenders.
Registered with the Ministry of MSME
Udyam registration confirms CRUXWELD’s status as a registered Indian enterprise under the MSME Development Act — with the procurement preferences and payment protections that apply to MSME suppliers.
Government e-Marketplace — Original Equipment Manufacturer
CRUXWELD is registered on the Government e-Marketplace as an OEM, not just a reseller. Our welding and cutting machines are listed under our own brand, and central and state government organisations and PSUs order them directly from us — through catalogue purchases, bids and direct orders on the platform.
Every number below can be checked on the respective government portal.
Certificate copies, registration documents and a cancelled cheque are shared on request for vendor onboarding and tender submissions.
Certification is the framework; this is what actually happens to your machine before it leaves us.
Components and sub-assemblies are checked against specification before they enter production.
Assembly stages are verified under the ISO 9001 system, with records kept against each machine.
Every machine is run under load and functionally tested before it is cleared for packing.
A test certificate accompanies the machine, together with the manual and warranty documentation.

Impact, metal dust, thermal, mechanical vibration, prolonged load and EMC — these are six of the 18 quality tests a CRUXWELD product goes through during development, depending on its intended duty. Our tests go beyond the specifications set in the standards.
It is no coincidence that CRUXWELD machines are known for their quality and long service life — and, when needed, they can be repaired easily by replacing individual components.
Everything a purchase, quality or tender team typically asks for — shared promptly, in PDF.
Tell us which documents you need — ISO, NSIC, Udyam, test certificates or an authorisation letter — and we’ll send them across.
