The CRUXWELD DynaSwing 100K is a compact magnetic oscillating welding carriage that runs on a magnetic rigid rail — flat, vertical or overhead. A rack-and-pinion drive carries your torch at 30–1100 mm/min while a linear oscillator weaves it ±15°, so every metre of the seam gets the same bead.

Long seams are where hand welding drifts: speed changes, the weave widens, and the bead at the end never matches the start. Clamp the torch on the DynaSwing 100K, set the speed and swing, and the carriage lays the same bead from end to end while the operator watches the pool.
Every setting has its own knob and LED readout, so the operator can repeat a job from a written set of numbers.
Process-wise it carries MIG/MAG and TIG torches, and is also used with submerged arc welding set-ups.
