How we quote, how we ship, what happens if something arrives damaged, and how support works after delivery — in India and overseas. If your question isn’t here, our team is one call or WhatsApp away.
CRUXWELD is an established Indian welding and cutting equipment company — incorporated in 1997, built on 45+ years of welding expertise, ISO 9001:2015 certified and registered on GeM as an OEM manufacturer. Our machines are used and specified by public sector organisations including ONGC, BHEL, GAIL, BARC, ISRO, NHPC, NTPC, HAL, SAIL and L&T, as well as leading private manufacturers.
Every machine passes through a documented inspection and testing process before despatch, and we run random product audits to keep that standard. Just as important: we help you choose the right machine for the job, not the most expensive one, and we stay available after the sale — for installation, spares and technical questions.
We compete on value, not on the lowest price. A CRUXWELD machine is built under an ISO 9001 quality system, tested under load before despatch, and backed by an engineering team that has been in welding for more than 45 years — with genuine spares and a service network behind it.
Compare duty cycle, actual output at rated duty, protection features and after-sales support, and ask what happens when the cheaper machine needs a part in year three. If your budget is tight, tell us — we will recommend the right model in our range for your work rather than cutting corners on the machine you need.
Yes. Our sales and service engineers are trained on every product we make. Tell us the material, thickness, joint type, production volume and site power supply, and we will recommend the welding process, the machine and the accessories — and, where needed, set up the machine and train your operators so the job runs smoothly from day one.
Your enquiry starts it. A member of our sales team contacts you within 24 hours (working days) to understand the model, technical need, budget, project details and working environment. Our technical team confirms the right machine and sends you a quotation with the technical specification and catalogue.
Once you approve, we issue a proforma invoice (with freight, if you want delivered pricing). On receipt of payment — or a purchase order from approved organisations — the machine goes to our despatch team, and our after-sales team is available to you from the day it reaches your site.
Yes. Call or WhatsApp +91 88008 82983, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM IST. Our customer-service team can take your order, confirm specifications and connect you to an engineer for selection or operating questions. You can also use the enquiry form or write to sales@cruxweld.com.
Yes. CRUXWELD is registered on the Government e-Marketplace as an OEM manufacturer. Our machines are listed under our own brand, so government organisations and PSUs can buy direct from the manufacturer through catalogue purchase, bids or direct orders — with OEM pricing, OEM warranty and full documentation. We also supply against tenders with manufacturer authorisation letters, compliance statements and test certificates.
We do not supply machines on credit ourselves. Orders are confirmed against the proforma invoice, or against a purchase order from approved government and corporate accounts as per agreed terms. If you need financing, we can help you connect with banks and financial institutions in your country that finance industrial equipment.
Every machine is despatched with its tax invoice, test certificate, operating manual and warranty documentation. For tenders and vendor onboarding we also provide ISO certificates, registration documents, model-compliance statements and OEM authorisation letters — see our Certifications page.
Ready-stock models are usually despatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery time then depends on your location and the transport mode — typically 2–7 working days within India. Made-to-order, heavy or automation equipment takes longer; the lead time is confirmed on your quotation.
When your order is despatched we send a notification by email and SMS with the transporter’s name and tracking / LR number, so you can follow the consignment to your door. For any update in between, call or WhatsApp our despatch team.
Across India through our offices, dealers and service network — and to more than 80 countries worldwide, including the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia. Export shipments move by air or sea with complete documentation; wherever you are, we can deliver the machine to your destination port or door.
Please refuse visibly damaged consignments at delivery, note the damage on the transporter’s copy and contact us immediately with photographs. Concealed damage must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Claims may be declined if the machine has been used, is not in its original packaging, or is reported after 10 days.
You have 10 calendar days from receipt to initiate a return. Unused equipment returned in its original packing is eligible for a full refund of the machine value. Contact us for a Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) number and return instructions; the customer arranges and pays for the return shipment to CRUXWELD.
Every CRUXWELD machine is covered by a warranty against defects in material and workmanship, as confirmed on your quotation or invoice. For a warranty claim or general service, register the complaint by phone, WhatsApp, email or the Service Request form. We know what downtime costs, so our first step is usually a remote diagnosis to get you running fast, followed by service or parts as needed. Full details are on our Warranty page.
Call our technical team and an experienced technician will guide you through installation, connection and first use, and answer every question about the machine and its accessories. For larger systems we can arrange on-site installation and commissioning. We are also available outside office hours in an emergency.
Use our Service Locator to find the nearest service location in your zone, or raise a Service Request directly from the same page — our support team will route it to the right engineer.
Installation, commissioning and operator training at your site by our technical team during office hours is standard CRUXWELD practice. In a breakdown that is causing production or financial loss, we are ready to assist outside normal hours. Genuine spares and consumables are available for the working life of the machine, and our engineers remain available for operation and maintenance questions.
Yes. Export clearance in the country of origin is part of our service, whichever shipping mode you choose. We hold our own IEC and prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and shipping documents for your consignment.
Clearance at the destination is the buyer’s responsibility, but if this is your first international purchase we will help: we share the complete document set in advance and can introduce you to a reliable clearing agent at your home port who can handle the consignment on arrival.
At least once a week until the consignment arrives — vessel or flight details, estimated time of shipment (ETS), estimated time of arrival (ETA) and the total transit time. If you want more frequent updates, just ask.
We can connect you with our logistics partners so you can discuss consolidation, transport mode and charges for other goods directly with them. CRUXWELD’s own responsibility covers the equipment supplied by us.
