Cruxweld builds five models for lithium-ion pack assembly: the CLB5 series (hand, pedal and pneumatic operation) for 0.03–0.45 mm strip, and the 10 kVA double-pulse CBS10M and CBS10P for 0.02–0.3 mm pure nickel or nickel-alloy strip at production speed. Choose by strip thickness, how the operator works (hand lever, foot pedal or pneumatic cylinder) and daily volume.

Which model for 0.15 mm nickel strip?
Any of the five. For a few packs a day the CLB5H; for daily production the CBS10M or CBS10P with double pulse.
Single pulse or double pulse?
Double pulse pre-heats the strip and then welds, giving a stronger, more consistent nugget on plated or nickel-alloy strip.
Can I weld copper tabs?
Pure copper needs nickel-plated strip or a copper-nickel sandwich. Send your strip spec to our team for a test.
What power supply is needed?
The CLB5 series runs on 220/230 V single phase; the supply for CBS10M and CBS10P is listed on each product page.
