The CRUXWELD DynaMove 45K is a rail-guided oscillating welding carriage that also cuts. Mount a MIG/MAG torch and it welds at 50–1100 mm/min with a linear weave up to 50 mm wide. Swap to a plasma or oxy-fuel torch and it cuts straight, bevels from 0 to 45° and cuts circles from 200 to 2000 mm.

Maximum cutting thickness is up to 150 mm, depending on the cutting process.
The linear oscillator swings the torch across the joint while the carriage travels, pausing at each side for sidewall fusion. Even heat across the groove helps reduce porosity and undercut, and a controlled weave cuts over-welding and wasted filler metal.

A DC 110 V, 30 W motor (4200 r/min) drives the carriage. Speed is set on the controller, and the quick clutch frees the carriage for fast positioning on the rail.
