The CRUXWELD DynaCut ProX is a portable CNC plasma cutting machine that lays its own rail on the plate, runs a plasma torch to 30 mm or an oxy-fuel torch to 110 mm, and takes its programs from FastCAM or the built-in shape library — no gantry, no pit, no separate PC.
The CNC traces a nest at the real ratio of cutting speed (up to 3000 mm/min, plasma) to moving speed (up to 4000 mm/min): holes first, then outlines. Illustration.

A gantry CNC table needs floor space, a pit and a crane to load it. Many fabrication shops have none of those — but they still need flanges, gussets, brackets and profiles cut straight, square and to drawing, in quantity.
The DynaCut ProX is the answer: a 96.5 kg CNC drive unit that rides its own longitudinal rail across a 1500 mm transverse beam. Lay the rail beside the plate, clamp the torch, load a program and it cuts. Switch the torch and the same machine cuts 110 mm plate with oxy-fuel. When the next job is on site, it goes with you.

Automatic torch height control
Plate is rarely flat. Before each cut the torch touches the plate to find it (ohmic sensing), lifts to cutting height, and then the arc-voltage control raises and lowers the torch so the gap stays the same over bowed or uneven plate.

Rails, Bearings and a Heat Shield That Shrug Off the Shop Floor
The drive unit rides on linear rails with eight bearings across and six along, on a widened, thickened rail with a chrome-plated hard shaft. A heat shield keeps pierce spatter off the CNC, and the whole unit lifts off the rail for transport.

What the price depends on, the supply you need and where the machine stops.
What decides the price?
Cutting length (3000 mm standard, 6000 mm extended), plasma or oxy-fuel torch or both, whether a plasma power source is included in the package, and quantity. The CNC drive unit with FastCAM standard software is the base.
Power requirement
The CNC drive unit runs on 220 V / 110 V, 50/60 Hz, rated 1500 W. A plasma power source has its own supply requirement, which we state in the quotation.
Material and thickness
Plasma: mild steel and stainless steel 1–30 mm. Oxy-fuel: 5–110 mm with acetylene or LPG. Effective cutting width 1500 mm.
What it is not for
Plate wider than 1500 mm, or plate above 30 mm with plasma. For large plate and multi-torch work see the gantry CNC plasma cutting machine.
Delivery
Delivery time depends on configuration and stock and is confirmed with the quotation. The machine is tested before dispatch.

A CNC cutter whose drive unit rides on its own rail laid beside the plate, instead of a fixed gantry table. The CRUXWELD DynaCut ProX cuts a 1500 × 3000 mm area (extendable to 6000 mm), weighs 96.5 kg and can be moved between shop and site.

The DynaCut ProX is the CNC cutting machine; the plasma power source is matched to your thickness and quoted with it. The plug-and-play interface connects it with one pre-wired cable.

No. The CNC is embedded, with a 7” colour display and keypad. Program at the machine from the 96-shape library, or nest parts in FastCAM on any PC and load them by USB.

Programming accuracy is ±0.1 mm and repeatability ±0.2 mm, with 2-axis X–Y contouring on linear rails.
N150Can it cut pipes?
Yes, with the optional rotary attachment, which turns the pipe under the torch for saddle cuts and holes.
