The CRUXWELD TIG 630 (CTW-TIG630i) is a 630 amp TIG welding machine for heavy fabrication on a 415 V three-phase supply. It welds DC TIG from 10 A to 630 A and stick (MMA) from 20 A to 630 A, using modern PWM inverter control.
High-frequency starting strikes the TIG arc without touching the tungsten, even with long torch leads. Down-slope control lets the current fall away at the end of a weld so the crater fills instead of cracking, and the post-flow timer (1–20 seconds) keeps shielding gas on the tungsten and the weld while they cool. The open circuit voltage is held at 70 V, which makes the machine safer to use in damp or humid conditions.
