The CRUXWELD FINELINE 80IC cuts mild steel, iron and galvanized sheet with its own built-in twin air compressor and runs on single phase 220 V or three phase 380 V. No separate compressor, no special power supply: take it to almost any site. Flip one switch and it becomes an MMA stick welder.

The FINELINE 80IC is an 80 amp plasma cutter with a built-in twin air compressor and an MMA welding mode, in one wheeled cabinet.
Most plasma cutters need a separate air compressor, air hose and dryer before you can make the first cut, and many need three phase power. The FINELINE 80IC carries its own twin compressor inside and runs on single phase 220 V or three phase 380 V, so you plug in, clamp the earth and cut. If your shop already has compressed air, switch to External Air and use it.
Flip the Cut/MMA switch and the same machine runs stick electrodes from 2.5 to 3.15 mm, which makes this 80 amp plasma cutter a two-in-one tool for fabricators who cut and weld every day.

Many plasma cutters only run on three phase, and most also need a separate compressor. This 80 amp plasma cutter removes both limits. It works on single phase 220 V and on three phase 380 V, and carries its own twin air compressor, so whatever supply your site has, you can cut.
Run it from a single phase supply where three phase power is not available.
Connect it to the three phase supply in industrial workshops and plants.
The twin air compressor is inside the cabinet, so the site needs no air line or separate compressor.

On mild steel the FINELINE 80IC gives a clean, square cut up to 16 mm. It can sever plate up to 20 mm, with a rougher edge that may need grinding.

Plasma cutting needs a steady supply of compressed air. In the FINELINE 80IC, two air compressors are built into the cabinet of the 80 amp plasma cutter and feed the torch directly, powered by the machine itself. The 220 V lamp on the front panel shows the compressor circuit is on.
That means no compressor to buy, no tank to drain and no hose to drag across the shop. You move one machine on its wheels and start cutting.
| Usual plasma cutter setup | FINELINE 80IC | |
|---|---|---|
| Air supply | Separate air compressor | Built-in twin air compressor |
| Before the first cut | Compressor, tank, hose and regulator | Plug in, clamp the earth and cut |
| Power points needed | One for the cutter, one for the compressor | One, for the machine only |
| Taking it to site | Two machines to move | One unit on four castor wheels |
| Workshop air line | Required | Optional, with External Air |
12345Cutting and the built-in compressors both make heat. Two large fans on the rear of the 80 amp plasma cutter pull air through the cabinet and push it out through the vents, keeping the power electronics and compressors cool through long shifts.
If the machine still gets too hot, the O.C. lamp on the front lights and the output pauses until it cools down, protecting the machine.
