Plasma cutter with built-in air compressor · 100 A · cut + MMA
No Compressor. No Gas Cylinder. Plug In, Switch On, Cut 30 mm.
The CRUXWELD FINELINE 100IC is a 100 A inverter plasma cutter with built-in air compressor — the air it needs is made inside the machine. Cut mild steel, stainless and aluminium up to 30 mm on internal air, or connect shop air and reach 35 mm. Flip one switch and the same machine welds with 1.6–4.0 mm electrodes. Contactless arc ignition, 2T/4T, gas check, digital display, 380 V three-phase, 52 kg on castors.
Plasma Cutter with Built-in Air Compressor: Cutting Power That Travels
A normal plasma cutter is only half a machine — it needs a compressor beside it, an air line, a dryer and a power point for both. A plasma cutter with built-in air compressor carries its own air supply inside the cabinet. The FINELINE 100IC makes 4–5.5 kgf/cm² of air internally and feeds it straight to the torch, so it cuts anywhere there is a three-phase socket: site work, maintenance rounds, scrap yards, the back of a service van.
It is also two machines in one. The Cut/MMA selector turns the 100 A inverter into a stick welder for 1.6–4.0 mm electrodes, so the same unit cuts the plate and welds it. And when the job needs the last 5 mm, an external compressor takes cutting capacity from 30 mm to 35 mm.

AIR
Built-in air compressor
A true plasma cutter with built-in air compressor: internal supply at 4–5.5 kgf/cm²; switch to external air when available.
CUT
30 mm / 35 mm
Extreme cut 30 mm on internal air, 35 mm with an external compressor; quality cut 0.3–25 mm.
MMA
Cut + MMA welding
One selector switches the inverter to stick welding, 1.6–4.0 mm electrodes.
ARC
Contactless ignition
The arc starts without touching the plate — reliable on painted or rusty steel.

For most site teams this plasma cutter with built-in air compressor replaces three things — a plasma unit, a compressor and a small stick welder — with one 52 kg machine on castors.
Control panel
Every Function on One Panel
Internal / external air, 2T / 4T, gas check, Cut / MMA, current dial, digital display.
Internal / external air
Run on the built-in compressor, or flip to external when shop air is connected for 35 mm cuts and long production runs.
2T / 4T
2T for short cuts; 4T for long cuts without holding the trigger.
Gas check
Purge and confirm air flow before the arc fires.
Cut / MMA selector
Switch between plasma cutting and stick welding in one move.
Power & O.C. indicators, current dial, digital display
Set 20–100 A on the dial, read it on the display; overcurrent alert protects the inverter.
What is inside
The Built-in Compressor, and Why It Matters
On this plasma cutter with built-in air compressor the compressor module sits inside the cabinet behind the side vent and delivers 4–5.5 kgf/cm² of air to the torch. Because the air never leaves the machine there is no hose to kink, no water trap to forget and nothing extra to carry. Post-flow (5–20 s, adjustable) cools the torch after each cut.
✓Air made inside the machine — no external compressor for cuts to 30 mm
✓Switch to external air for 35 mm and continuous production cutting
✓Adjustable post-flow 5–20 s for consumable life
✓IP21S, class H insulation, EMC class A; 85% efficiency, PF 0.93

380 V 3-phase inlet, breaker, twin cooling fans and the external gas inlet of the plasma cutter with built-in air compressor.
Cut quality
Crisp edges and minimal slag on thick mild-steel samples.
What it cuts and welds
Materials and Jobs
The FINELINE 100IC cuts any conductive metal and welds mild steel with standard electrodes:

Question & Answers
FAQ
Plasma Cutter with Built-in Air Compressor — Frequently Asked Questions
?What is a plasma cutter with built-in air compressor?
A plasma cutting machine with the compressor inside the cabinet, so it needs no external air supply. The FINELINE 100IC makes 4–5.5 kgf/cm² of air internally and cuts up to 30 mm on that air alone.
?How thick can the FINELINE 100IC cut?
Quality cuts from 0.3 to 25 mm; extreme cut 30 mm on the built-in compressor and 35 mm when an external compressor is connected.
?Can it weld as well as cut?
Yes. The Cut/MMA selector switches the 100 A inverter to manual arc welding with 1.6–4.0 mm electrodes.
?When should I connect an external compressor?
For the thickest cuts (up to 35 mm) and for long continuous production runs. For everyday site and maintenance cutting to 30 mm, the built-in air is enough.
?What power supply does this plasma cutter with built-in air compressor need?
Three-phase AC 380 V ±15%, 50/60 Hz; rated input 16.8 kVA / 25.5 A.
?Is this plasma cutter with built-in air compressor portable?
Yes — 52 kg, 680 × 370 × 610 mm, on four castors with two carry handles, and nothing else to carry since the air is made inside.
?Does it cut stainless steel and aluminium?
Yes. Plasma cuts any electrically conductive metal; stainless and aluminium cut slightly thinner than mild steel at the same quality.
?How do I get the price and delivery time?
Request a quote on this page or message +91 88008 82983 on WhatsApp with your material, thickness and whether you also need MMA welding. You will receive a GST quotation with delivery time, usually the same working day.
Tell us where you will use it and what you cut — we will confirm the right model and send a quotation today.
