The CRUXWELD CIRCO is a circle cutting machine that swings an oxy-fuel torch around a centre pin at a steady, stepless speed, cutting discs, flanges, rings and holes from Ø30 mm up to 600 or 1000 mm in 6–100 mm plate, with a bevel up to 45° when the joint needs one.

A hand-cut circle wanders, a template-cut circle still needs a steady wrist, and a flange that is 2 mm out of round goes back to the grinder.
The CIRCO circle cutting machine takes the operator out of the loop: a centre pin fixes the point, the arm sets the radius, and a DC motor turns the torch at one speed from the first degree to the last.
Two sizes cover most plate work. The CIRCO 600 cuts up to Ø600 mm; the CIRCO 1000 reaches Ø1000 mm for larger blanks and tank ends. Both run from an ordinary 220 V socket, cut 6–100 mm with the three nozzles supplied, and tilt the torch to 45° for bevelled edges.
