The CRUXWELD CHS-20PD is a gun type spot welding machine with two pneumatic welding heads, rated 20 kVA and powered from two lines of a 415 V three-phase supply. It spot welds stainless steel and mild steel from 0.35 mm + 0.35 mm up to 3.5 mm + 3.5 mm. Made in India.
Welding current is set in 6 steps and weld time is controlled by a solid-state electronic timer. The guns close with up to 269.8 lbf of electrode force, the air-cooled transformer feeds a 3 m output cable, and the machine runs at a noise level of 64 dB(A).
