The CRUXWELD AeroSpot 35 is a hanging spot welding machine: transformer, C-type gun and air cylinder in one 55 kg unit that hangs from a spring balancer, so one operator can glide it to any spot on a bus body, cabinet or panel and weld 2.5 + 2.5 mm sheet with a squeeze of the trigger.

A pedestal spot welder is fine when the part fits on its table. A bus body, a truck cabin, a machine enclosure or a 3 m panel does not. Lifting it to the machine means a crane, two helpers and a queue.
The AeroSpot 35 turns that around. The whole welding unit — transformer, C-gun and air cylinder — hangs from an overhead balancer that carries its weight. The operator walks the gun to the joint, squeezes the trigger, and the cylinder clamps the sheets while a controlled current fuses a nugget between the electrodes. No filler, no gas, no spatter, no grinding.
The spring balancer takes the full 55 kg, so the gun floats at working height. Push it left or right along the rail, lift or lower it against the spring, swing it in and out of the job, and rotate the C-gun to meet a flange at any angle. The electrodes land square because the operator is placing, not lifting.
You provide 380 V three-phase power, compressed air (about 5.4 m³/h) and cooling water at 4 L/min, plus an overhead rail or jib to hang the balancer from. Your quotation lists the exact scope.
