The CRUXWELD TUBOCUT-HG is a manual pipe gas cutting machine that clamps onto the pipe with a chain and carries an oxy-fuel torch around it as you turn the hand wheel — a square cut or a bevel up to 45°, with no electricity needed.

Cutting a round pipe with a hand torch means walking the flame around a curve by eye. The edge wanders, the bevel changes as your wrist tires, and the joint then needs grinding before it can be fitted up.
The TUBOCUT-HG takes the torch out of your hand. A chain holds the machine tight on the pipe, four wheels ride the surface, and a worm-gear hand wheel moves it around at a steady pace while the torch holds its height and angle. You get a square cut or a weld-ready bevel — on the shop floor or out on the line, where there is no power.
The chain is made of detachable square links, so you set its length to the pipe. The rule is simple:
Acetylene for No. 1: above 0.05 MPa. Propane can be used with the matching nozzle setup. Move the torch at a uniform pace by hand.
