Thyristor MIG 600 for thick sections

The CRUXWELD Thyristorised MIG 600 (CWM-MIG600T) is the larger thyristor MIG in our range. This thyristor MIG 600 delivers 60–600 A on a 415 V three-phase supply (±10%), with an open circuit voltage of 65 V and wire sizes of 0.8, 1.0, 1.2 and 1.6 mm.

It is meant for heavy structural welding and machine construction, where high current on 1.2 and 1.6 mm wire fills thick joints with fewer passes. Like the MIG 400T, it has front-panel crater voltage and crater current controls and a transformer designed for quick arc response.

The MIG 400T covers 60–400 A with a 52 V open circuit voltage. The MIG 600T covers 60–600 A with 65 V. Choose the 600T if most of your work is thick plate with 1.2 mm and 1.6 mm wire.
