The CRUXWELD Welding Rectifier 600 (CWR-600T) is a 600 amp welding rectifier for stick (MMA) welding on a 415 V three-phase supply. Its current range starts at 10 A and goes up to 600 A, and a high open circuit voltage of 100 V makes arc striking easy with every type of electrode, including 6010 and 7018.
Current is regulated by an electromagnetic transductor, so adjustment is stepless and smooth. Set it with the knob on the front panel, or from a remote current control pendant when the welder is working away from the machine. Arc force is adjustable too, and the constant-current (CC) output is what stick welding needs.
Both are 600 A welding rectifiers on 415 V three phase. The CWR-600T covers 10–600 A with a 100 V open circuit voltage; the CWR-600D covers 60–600 A with 80 V. Our technical team can help you pick one for your electrodes.
