The CRUXWELD Voltzen DS2300 is a portable welding generator for jobs with no grid power. A 12 HP diesel engine drives an all-copper alternator that gives you a 50–230 A stick welding arc for 1.6–5.0 mm electrodes, or up to 5.0 kVA of 220 V AC for grinders, drills and site lights — from one machine on two wheels.

On a construction site, a pipeline stretch or a shutdown job, welding is never the only task. Joints need grinding, brackets need drilling and evening shifts need light. Without grid power, that usually means hiring a generator and carrying a welding machine. The Voltzen DS2300 portable welding generator does both jobs from one diesel engine.
Switch it to WELD for a stable DC stick arc from 50 to 230 A, or to GEN for single-phase 220 V AC up to 5.0 kVA. Copper windings, Class F insulation and an AVR keep the output steady for power tools, and the 15 L fuel tank supports 8–10 hours of continuous running.

Weld the joint, flip the switch, and grind it — without a second machine on the truck.

TOOLS & LIGHTS
CONSTRUCTIONA standard generator powers tools and lights but cannot give a welding arc. A transformer or inverter welder needs a supply that is often not there on site. So crews end up moving two machines, two fuel plans and two service schedules.
The DS2300 puts both on one frame. Fewer assets to buy or hire, less space on the truck, quicker set-up and less waiting when a tool has no power.
