The CRUXWELD CWR-600D is a welding rectifier 600 amps machine for stick welding with large electrodes on a 415 V three-phase supply. It covers 60–600 A of constant-current output with an 80 V open circuit voltage.
The transformer windings are double thermally insulated, which protects the coils against burning, and the heavy-duty transformer is designed for trouble-free operation over the years. Output is regulated by an electromagnetic transductor for stepless, smooth control from the front panel or a remote pendant, with arc force adjustment for different electrodes.
Q. How is the CWR-600D different from the CWR-600T?
The CWR-600D covers 60–600 A with an 80 V open circuit voltage. The CWR-600T starts lower, at 10 A, and has a 100 V open circuit voltage. Both run on 415 V three phase.
Q. Can the current be set remotely?
Yes, with a remote current control pendant as well as the front-panel knob.
Q. What power supply is required?
415 V three-phase (±15%), 50/60 Hz.
