Micro Wire Butt Welder

Our resistance micro butt welders are designed with simplicity, allowing any operator to create a perfect weld in seconds, with no special skills required. As a result, this butt welding machine can greatly accelerate production where the wire is the primary activity. The Cruxweld CMB series is equipped with an annealing function. And the jaw opening and closing work precisely with a manual lever.
 
This micro butt welder is a very fast, simple, and automatic upsetting butt welder. The welding current and the initial upsetting gap must be set according to the wire gauge, with the upsetting pressure being preset. The end of the wires should be clamped with special quick-release clamps to correct the alignment of the wire ends. At the push of a button, the weld cycle is started and stopped automatically by built-in controls.
 
The last important step is the annealing process, which is a built-in function of this equipment, and you can start this process after welding is completed. The welding and annealing process can be done in the same fixture without changing the alignment and setup, saving time and increasing productivity.
